All sales are final. Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your customization details (size, design, color) carefully before submitting your order, as production begins shortly after purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at arachnecollective@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.
